Openv2 meters AI usage with credits. Each completed AI message turn costs one credit. When you run out of credits, new assistant turns are blocked until you upgrade, purchase more, or your daily allowance resets.
Credit limits are enforced server-side. Running out of credits blocks all new AI turns — upgrade or wait for your next reset before continuing.

Plans

Openv2 offers three plan tiers. Open the pricing modal inside the app for the current prices and exact feature lists — those are always authoritative over this documentation.

Upgrading your plan

Open the pricing modal

Click your credit balance or the Upgrade button in the Openv2 header to open the pricing overlay.

Choose a plan and credit tier

Select the Pro or Ultra plan and pick the monthly credit amount that fits your usage.

Complete payment on Stripe

You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details. Openv2 never stores your card information directly.

Return to Openv2

After a successful payment, your plan and credit balance update automatically — this usually takes a few seconds. If your balance doesn’t update, refresh the page.

Manage your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing to:
  • View your current plan and credit balance
  • Open the Stripe Customer Portal to update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel your subscription
  • Start a new upgrade flow if you want to increase your credit tier
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your credits until then.

Tracking usage

Go to Settings → Usage to review your credit consumption over time. Use this tab to spot heavy usage sessions and decide whether to upgrade your credit tier.

Free plan daily reset

On the Free plan, your daily credit allowance resets each day. If you are blocked mid-session, wait for the reset or upgrade to a paid plan for a larger monthly pool.
